The existing operations facilities are currently spread out over three areas including (2) building sites (62 South Street and 310 Main Street) and the administrative office (900 SF) located in Town Hall (345 Main Street). The existing operations buildings total approximately 10,780 square feet (Tree & Grounds Dept. 4,800 SF / Highway Dept. 5,980 SF). Operations facilities also occupy 4,000 SF of temporary storage in the old salt shed and 2,000 SF in temporary containers. Total of combined facilities including operations, storage and administrative spaces is approximately 17,680 SF.
