Styrofoam Disposal Notice
Styrofoam products, known as expanded polystyrene “EPS” or “PS”, are not recyclable and must be placed in the trash. Norwell does not currently have a facility in the area that can recycle this material. Most shipping stores will accept Styrofoam packing peanuts for reuse.
The Norwell Recyslcing Center is located at the Highway Department yard, 310 Main Street.
Proof of residence must be provided to obtain a vehicle sticker to use the Recycling Center.

Observed holidays which fall on a normal collection day will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.
