Highway Building (5,980 SF)
Based on our plans, the existing will be renovated and reused as part of the new combined facility.
Tree and Ground Building (4,800 SF)
Based on field inspections by the Engineer and Architectural team, it has been determined that the Tree and Grounds Building has exceeded its useful life and that repairs or alterations required to fix the current deficiencies or make the building more suitable for future use would be cost prohibitive. The existing (2) acres that the Tree and Grounds building facility currently resides on can be given back to the Town for future considerations such as a Recreation or Council-on-Aging Center.
